At Studio Arhoj, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique handmade items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Notify Our Team
Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization code.
Pack Securely
Carefully wrap your items in their original protective packaging and boxing to ensure they arrive back at our Copenhagen studio without damage.
Ship the Package
Affix the shipping label and send the parcel via a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
