Where are Studio Arhoj products made?
The majority of our ceramics are hand-cast and glazed in our Copenhagen studio. Each piece is unique, reflecting the individual touch of our potters and glassblowers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our design goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware items are dishwasher and microwave safe, but we recommend hand-washing to preserve the life of the unique glazes. Please check the specific product page for care instructions.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived broken. What should I do?
We take great care in packing our fragile items, but accidents can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I visit the studio in person?
Yes! We have a combined studio and flagship store in Copenhagen where you can see our production process and browse our full collection of ghosts, bowls, and glassware.
